KJV: And he put the staves into the rings on the sides of the altar, to bear it withal; he made the altar hollow with boards.
NASB: He inserted the poles into the rings on the sides of the altar, with which to carry it. He made it hollow with planks.
KJV: Yet these may ye eat of every flying creeping thing that goeth upon all four, which have legs above their feet, to leap withal upon the earth;
NASB: Yet these you may eat among all the winged insects which walk on all fours: those which have above their feet jointed legs with which to jump on the earth.
KJV: And the garment, either warp, or woof, or whatsoever thing of skin it be, which thou shalt wash, if the plague be departed from them, then it shall be washed the second time, and shall be clean.
NASB: "The garment, whether the warp or the woof, or any article of leather from which the mark has departed when you washed it, it shall then be washed a second time and will be clean."
KJV: He shall put on the holy linen coat, and he shall have the linen breeches upon his flesh, and shall be girded with a linen girdle, and with the linen mitre shall he be attired: these are holy garments; therefore shall he wash his flesh in water, and so put them on.
NASB: "He shall put on the holy linen tunic, and the linen undergarments shall be next to his body, and he shall be girded with the linen sash and attired with the linen turban (these are holy garments). Then he shall bathe his body in water and put them on.
KJV: But if the priest buy any soul with his money, he shall eat of it, and he that is born in his house: they shall eat of his meat.
NASB: But if a priest buys a slave as his property with his money, that one may eat of it, and those who are born in his house may eat of his food.
KJV: And those men said unto him, We are defiled by the dead body of a man: wherefore are we kept back, that we may not offer an offering of the LORD in his appointed season among the children of Israel?
NASB: Those men said to him, "Though we are unclean because of the dead person, why are we restrained from presenting the offering of the LORD at its appointed time among the sons of Israel?"
KJV: And when they shall blow with them, all the assembly shall assemble themselves to thee at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
NASB: "When both are blown, all the congregation shall gather themselves to you at the doorway of the tent of meeting.
KJV: But Joshua the son of Nun, and Caleb the son of Jephunneh, which were of the men that went to search the land, lived still.
NASB: But Joshua the son of Nun and Caleb the son of Jephunneh remained alive out of those men who went to spy out the land.
KJV: Moreover thou hast not brought us into a land that floweth with milk and honey, or given us inheritance of fields and vineyards: wilt thou put out the eyes of these men? we will not come up.
NASB: "Indeed, you have not brought us into a land flowing with milk and honey, nor have you given us an inheritance of fields and vineyards. Would you put out the eyes of these men? We will not come up!"
KJV: But if the LORD make a new thing, and the earth open her mouth, and swallow them up, with all that appertain unto them, and they go down quick into the pit; then ye shall understand that these men have provoked the LORD.
NASB: "But if the LORD brings about an entirely new thing and the ground opens its mouth and swallows them up with all that is theirs, and they descend alive into Sheol, then you will understand that these men have spurned the LORD."
