1
Therefore
there is
now
no
condemnation
to those
in
Christ
Jesus.
2
For the
Law
of the
Spirit
of
life
has set you free
in
Christ
Jesus
from the
Law
of sin
and death.
3
For
of the
Law
being
powerless
in
that it was weak
through
the flesh,
God,
having sent
His
Son
in
likeness
of
sin
of flesh
and for
sin
, condemned
sin
in
the flesh,
4
so that
the
righteousness
of
the
Law
should be fulfilled
in us not walking
according to
the
flesh,
but
according to
the
Spirit.
5
For
those
being
according to
flesh
mind
the things
of the
flesh
;
but
those
according to
Spirit,
the things
of the
Spirit.
6
For
the
mind
of
the
flesh
is
death; but
the
mind
of
the
Spirit,
life
and peace,
7
because
the
mind
of the
flesh
is
hostility
toward
God;
for
it is not subject
to
the
Law
of God, for
not even
can it
be
.
8
And
those
being in
the
flesh
are not able
to please
God.
9
Now
you
are
not in
flesh
but in Spirit,
if
indeed
the
Spirit
of God
dwells
in you; but
if
anyone
does not
have
the
Spirit
of Christ, he is not of Him.
10
But
if
Christ
is
in
you, the
body
is
indeed
dead
on account of
sin,
but the
Spirit
is
l
if
e
on account of
righteousness.
11
And
if
the
Spirit
of
the
One
having raised up
Jesus
out from
the
dead
dwells
in you,
the
One
having raised up
Christ
Jesus
out from
the
dead
also
will give life
to your
mortal
bodies,
on account of
His
Spirit
dwelling in you.
12
So
then, brothers, we are debtors, not to the flesh,
to live
according to
flesh.
13
For
if
you live
according to
flesh,
you are about
to die;
but
if
by
the
Spirit
you put to death
the
deeds
of the
body,
you will live.
14
For
as many as
are led
by
the
Spirit
of God,
these
are
sons
of God.
15
For
you have not received
a spirit
of bondage
again
to
fear,
but
you have received
the
Spirit
of divine adoption as sons,
by
whom
we cry, Abba! Father!
16
The
Spirit
Himself
bears witness with
our
spirit
that we are
children
of God,
17
and
if
children,
also
heirs
:
heirs
indeed
of God, and
joint-
heirs
of Christ,
if
indeed
we suffer with
Him
,
so that
we may
also
be glorified together.
18
For
I reckon
that
the
sufferings
of
the
present
time
are
not
comparable
to
the
coming
glory
to be revealed
to us.
19
For the
earnest expectation
of the
creation
awaits
the
revelation
of the
sons
of God.
20
For the
creation
was subjected
to
futility,
not
willingly,
but
because of
the
One
having subjected
it
,
in
hope
21
that the
creation
itself
will also be set free
from the
bondage
of decay, into the
freedom
of the
glory
of the
children
of God.
22
For we know that the
whole
creation
groans together
and
travails together
until
now.
23
And
not
only
so
,
but we
ourselves
,
even
hav
in
g
the
firstfruit
of the
Spirit,
also
groan
ourselves
in
ourselves
,
await
in
g
div
in
e adoption as sons,
the
redemption
of our
body.
24
For in this
hope
we were saved;
but
hope
being seen
is no
hope
;
for does anyone
hope
for
what
he sees?
25
But
if
we hope for
what
we do not see,
we await in
patience.
26
Now
likewise
also,
the
Spirit
joins to help
us in
weakness;
for we do not know
the
things which
we should pray for
as it behooves, but
the
Spirit
Himself
makes intercession
with inexpressible
groanings.
27
And
the
One
searching
hearts
knows
what
is
the
mindset
of
the
Spirit,
because
He intercedes
for
the
saints
according to
God.
28
And we know that
God
works together
all things
for good
to those
loving
God
,
to those
being called
according to
His
purpose,
29
because
those whom
He
for
eknew,
He also predestined
to be
con
for
med to
the
image
of His
Son,
for
Him to be firstborn
among
many
brothers.
30
And
those
whom
He predestined,
these
also
He called;
and
whom
He called,
these
also
He justified;
and
whom
He justified,
these
also
He glorified.
31
What
then
will we say to
these things?
If
God
is
for us,
who
can be
against
us?
32
For
He who
spared
not the
own
Son,
but
gave Him up
for us
all
,
how
will He not
also,
with Him,
grant
us
all
things?
33
Who
will bring an accusation
against
the
elect
of God?
God
is
the
One
justifying.
34
Who
is
the
one
condemning?
For it is
Christ
Jesus, the
one
having died,
now
rather
having been raised up,
who
is also
at
the
right hand
of God,
and
who
is interceding for us.
35
Who
will separate
us from the
love
of Christ? Will tribulation,
or
distress,
or
persecution,
or
famine,
or
nakedness,
or
danger,
or
sw
or
d?
36
As
it has been written:
For Your sake
we face death
all
the
day;
we were regarded
as
sheep
of slaughter.
37
But
in
all
these th
in
gs,
we more than conquer
through
the
One
hav
in
g loved
us.
38
For
I am persuaded
that
neither
death,
nor
life,
nor
angels,
nor
principalities,
nor
things present,
nor
things to come,
nor
powers,
39
nor
height,
nor
depth,
nor
any
other
created thing,
will be able
to separate
us from the
love
of God
in
Christ
Jesus
our
Lord.
