Now one of the Pharisees was requesting Him to dine with him, and He entered the Pharisee's house and reclined at the table.

For they were about five thousand men. And he said to his disciples, Make them sit down by fifties in a company.
NASB:
(For there were about five thousand men.) And He said to His disciples, "Have them sit down to eat in groups of about fifty each."

When thou art bidden of any man to a wedding, sit not down in the highest room; lest a more honourable man than thou be bidden of him;
