A primitive root; properly, to hiss, i.e. Whisper a (magic) spell; generally, to prognosticate -- X certainly, divine, enchanter, (use) X enchantment, learn by experience, X indeed, diligently observe.
KJV: And Laban said unto him, I pray thee, if I have found favour in thine eyes, tarry: for I have learned by experience that the LORD hath blessed me for thy sake.
NASB: But Laban said to him, "If now it pleases you, stay with me; I have divined that the LORD has blessed me on your account."
KJV: Is not this it in which my lord drinketh, and whereby indeed he divineth? ye have done evil in so doing.
