KJV: When the even was come, there came a rich man of Arimathaea, named Joseph, who also himself was Jesus' disciple:
NASB: When it was evening, there came a rich man from Arimathea, named Joseph, who himself had also become a disciple of Jesus.
KJV: Joseph of Arimathaea, an honourable counseller, which also waited for the kingdom of God, came, and went in boldly unto Pilate, and craved the body of Jesus.
NASB: Joseph of Arimathea came, a prominent member of the Council, who himself was waiting for the kingdom of God; and he gathered up courage and went in before Pilate, and asked for the body of Jesus.
