Or rarukah {ar-oo-kaw'}; feminine passive participle of 'arak (in the sense of restoring to soundness); wholeness (literally or figuratively) -- health, made up, perfected.
KJV: So the workmen wrought, and the work was perfected by them, and they set the house of God in his state, and strengthened it.
NASB: So the workmen labored, and the repair work progressed in their hands, and they restored the house of God according to its specifications and strengthened it.
KJV: But it came to pass, that when Sanballat, and Tobiah, and the Arabians, and the Ammonites, and the Ashdodites, heard that the walls of Jerusalem were made up, and that the breaches began to be stopped, then they were very wroth,
