And a man from the crowd shouted, saying, "Teacher, I beg You to look at my son, for he is my only boy,

And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted him, saying, Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?
NASB:
And a lawyer stood up and put Him to the test, saying, "Teacher, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?"
KJV:
Then answered one of the lawyers, and said unto him, Master, thus saying thou reproachest us also.
NASB:
One of the lawyers said to Him in reply, "Teacher, when You say this, You insult us too."
KJV:
And one of the company said unto him, Master, speak to my brother, that he divide the inheritance with me.
NASB:
Someone in the crowd said to Him, "Teacher, tell my brother to divide the family inheritance with me."
KJV:
And a certain ruler asked him, saying, Good Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?
NASB:
A ruler questioned Him, saying, "Good Teacher, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?"
KJV:
And some of the Pharisees from among the multitude said unto him, Master, rebuke thy disciples.
NASB:
Some of the Pharisees in the crowd said to Him, "Teacher, rebuke Your disciples."
KJV:
And they asked him, saying, Master, we know that thou sayest and teachest rightly, neither acceptest thou the person of any, but teachest the way of God truly:
NASB:
They questioned Him, saying, "Teacher, we know that You speak and teach correctly, and You are not partial to any, but teach the way of God in truth.
KJV:
Saying, Master, Moses wrote unto us, If any man's brother die, having a wife, and he die without children, that his brother should take his wife, and raise up seed unto his brother.
NASB:
and they questioned Him, saying, "Teacher, Moses wrote for us that IF A MAN'S BROTHER DIES, having a wife, AND HE IS CHILDLESS, HIS BROTHER SHOULD MARRY THE WIFE AND RAISE UP CHILDREN TO HIS BROTHER.
